Job summary

JFrog is seeking a Solution Engineer, Public Sector, to act as a trusted technical advisor for federal, state, and local government clients. You will collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and marketing to communicate value and drive adoption of JFrog solutions.

You will lead demos, handle RFIs/RFPs, and translate government requirements into scalable DevSecOps architectures. A strong background in DoD/NIST, cloud platforms, and security is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with DevOps technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools and Artifactory.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning, SBOMs, and secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with U.S. public sector clients is a plus; MEDDPICC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to align technical solutions with customer goals and drive value.
• Deliver demos and POVs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist RFIs/RFPs and bid processes ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
• Translate business needs into system designs and collaborate on roadmaps.
• Educate customers on DevSecOps practices and DoD/federal reference architectures.
• Stay current on DevOps, cloud, and government procurement trends.
