Job summary

The City of Chattanooga seeks a Senior Data Analyst to improve citizen-focused service delivery using data science and open data initiatives. You will build and maintain data pipelines, develop AI workflows, and collaborate with city teams to translate insights into action.

You will manage data projects with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence, ensuring data quality and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in data-driven analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud, BigQuery, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, report, and visualize metrics to guide decisions.
• Translate data findings for non-technical stakeholders with guidance.
• Lead data and AI projects using Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
