Job summary

Kenco Group in Chattanooga, TN, seeks a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack to lead, architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will collaborate with data science, data engineering, and BI teams to deliver solutions integrating web automation, AI, analytics, and cloud services such as AWS.

You will drive end-to-end development, partner with operational managers to uncover improvement opportunities, and present quantitative insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field; PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering with end-to-end development.
• Experience with React or Vue.js in front-end and back-end development.
• Hands-on with web automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Firecrawl.
• Experience with live production environments and data-driven decision making.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience.
• AWS experience and cloud networking knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead software solutions from start to finish.
• Collaborate with distribution and operations leaders to identify improvements via software and analytics.
• Design scalable architecture for diverse operations.
• Automate data mining, management, analyses, model development and deployment.
• Utilize AI and high-performance databases (OLAP/SQL/NoSQL).
• Present analyses to business stakeholders.
• Produce non-technical reports detailing project outcomes.
• Translate business questions into quantitative data questions.
