Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks an experienced sales leader to head General Accounts Federal and SLED, covering Federal, state and local government, higher education, and research customers. You will lead Account Managers, expand NVIDIA’s presence, and drive adoption of NVIDIA’s software, systems, and accelerated computing platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years proven experience selling to the Federal Government, regional and municipal agencies, and/or higher education.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven record of exceeding aggressive revenue targets while leading a portfolio of technology, platforms, and infrastructure solutions.
• Solid understanding of public-sector and education buying processes, budget cycles, procurement requirements, and partner-led sales models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive-engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers serving General Accounts across Federal, state and local government, higher education, and research.
• Help build and complete a comprehensive go-to-market strategy aligned with the priorities and opportunities within each market segment.
• Own pipeline development, demand generation, forecasting accuracy, revenue performance, and achievement of regional growth targets.
• Establish positive relationships with government executives, agency leaders, university leadership, research organizations, and other key decision-makers.
• Coordinate NVIDIA’s technical, product, marketing, developer relations, and partner resources to deliver solutions that advance customer missions and research objectives.
