Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an experienced sales leader to head the General Accounts Federal and SLED team, covering Federal, state and local government, higher education, and research customers. You will lead Account Managers to expand NVIDIA’s presence and drive adoption of NVIDIA’s software, systems, and accelerated computing platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years proven experience selling to the Federal Government, regional and municipal agencies, and/or higher education.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven record of exceeding aggressive revenue targets while leading a sophisticated portfolio of technology, platforms, and infrastructure solutions.
• Solid understanding of public-sector and education buying processes, budget cycles, procurement requirements, and partner-led sales models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive-engagement skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers serving General Accounts across Federal, state and local government, higher education, and research.
• Build and complete a comprehensive go-to-market strategy aligned with priorities in each market segment.
• Own pipeline development, demand generation, forecasting accuracy, revenue performance, and achievement of regional growth targets.
• Establish relationships with government executives, agency leaders, university leadership, research organizations, and other key decision-makers.
