Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA seeks an experienced sales leader to direct General Accounts Federal and SLED, covering Federal, state and local government, higher education, and research customers. You will mentor Account Managers, expand NVIDIA's footprint, and drive adoption of software, systems, and accelerated computing platforms.

This role requires deep public-sector selling experience, leadership, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets, with the ability to align go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years proven experience selling to the Federal Government, regional and municipal agencies, and/or higher education.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven record of exceeding aggressive revenue targets while leading a portfolio of technology platforms and infrastructure solutions.
• Understanding of public-sector and education buying processes, budgets, procurement, and partner-led sales models.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Account Managers serving General Accounts across Federal, state and local government, higher education, and research.
• Build and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy aligned with market segment priorities.
• Own pipeline development, demand generation, forecasting, revenue performance, and regional growth targets.
• Establish relationships with government executives, agency leaders, university leadership, and researchers.
• Coordinate resources to deliver solutions that advance customer missions and research objectives.
