Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end response process for public-sector solicitations and bids.
• Lead contract reviews and negotiations with Legal and Finance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for compliant, on-time submissions.
• Identify risks and manage amendments, renewals, and lifecycle records.
• Champion AI/automation in bid-to-contract processes.
