Job summary

Soltech PR is seeking a Project Manager Consultant to support a public-sector digital transformation initiative. You will coordinate workstreams, manage schedules and dependencies, and provide structured project management across initiation, planning, execution, and closing.

The role requires collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, risk and issue tracking, status reporting, and governance alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience managing projects, technology initiatives, operational initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects across full lifecycle.
• Clarify objectives, scope, stakeholders, roles, responsibilities, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain charters, plans, schedules, resource plans, and communication plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality expectations, dependencies, risks, issues, and changes.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and external stakeholders to align priorities.
• Configure and maintain Smartsheet dashboards and tracking tools.
• Lead project meetings, track actions, and provide status updates.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks, issues, and decisions as needed.
• Maintain transparent reporting through dashboards and reports.
• Support compliance with policies and governance expectations.
• Facilitate project closing activities, including knowledge transfer.
