Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of Digital, Strategy, and Technology (DST) projects, including requirements gathering, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, closing, and customer service handover.

The role interfaces with project sponsors and steering committees to ensure delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality, while maintaining strong customer service and stakeholder relations across technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Four years of related professional experience may substitute for the required degree.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex, high-risk, multidisciplinary projects of similar scope in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure successful and consistent delivery of business value, scope, budget, and schedule.
• Assist with building product backlogs and product roadmaps for business and product owners.
• Conduct product refinement meetings as needed.
• Perform requirements gathering, documentation, and requirements assessments to establish clear project goals and desired outcomes.
• Create and maintain project documentation using prescribed PMO systems and tools, including charters, scope statements, schedules, WBS, risk plans, budgets, and dashboards.
