Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a Manager – Agile Program Management to lead Agile project management and digital transformation initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to scale Agile practices and optimize delivery across the organization.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, manage backlogs with Product Owners, and drive continuous improvement using KPIs.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Agile project management, coaching, program management, or transformation.
Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile frameworks.
Hands-on experience with agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

Lead Agile project and program management efforts aligning with business objectives.
Implement and scale Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, DAD).
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, PI planning).
Define and prioritize backlogs with Product Owners, engineering, and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, impediments, and delivery challenges.
Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics and KPIs.
Coach and mentor Agile teams to improve delivery and maturity.
