Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Program Manager for the Public Sector to support onboarding, documentation, reporting, and compliance across sales operations. The role partners with sales teams and cross-functional teams, reporting to the Sr Director of Strategic Operations.

The position is hybrid, with in-person work at a TU office location at least two days per week. The role requires 3-5 years in public sector contracting or onboarding, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with government contract

Qualifications

• 3-5 years with public sector contracting or onboarding experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of gov’t contract workflows including RFP/RFQ, purchase orders, SOWs, master agreements, addenda, renewals.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for customers and partners.
• Pull reports and track key business metrics for stakeholders.
• Coordinate invoicing and monitor public sector compliance and billing.
• Arrange external meetings, events, travel, and admin tasks.
• Contribute to government compliance initiatives and process improvements.
• Work with urgency, accuracy, and cross-functional teams.
