Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 2+ years as a Data Analyst, Program Analyst, or similar role, preferably in government or procurement
• At least 1 year supporting senior-level managers
• Experience in program management, strategic planning, data analytics, and/or public administration
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex organizational environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
