Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years as a Data Analyst or Program Analyst, ideally in government or procurement.
• At least 1 year supporting one or more senior level managers.

Responsibilities

• Collect, assess, and visualize agency performance and procurement metrics.
• Support the Deputy Director and data team, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Bridge analytical findings with agency execution via change management and cross‑department collaboration.
• Develop quantitative metrics and track progress toward targets.
• Identify data anomalies and translate datasets into actionable optimization opportunities for leadership.
• Leverage AI for predictive analytics to support operations and change management.
