Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 2 years as a Data Analyst or Program Analyst, preferably in government/procurement.
• At least 1 year supporting one or more senior level managers.
• Note: Candidates may substitute 4 additional years of experience for the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Deputy Director in problem solving and risk mitigation to meet GOPI goals.
• Bridge analytical findings with agency execution via change management and working groups.
• Translate technical findings into phased change management plans.
• Develop quantitative metrics and track progress toward performance targets.
• Serve as a cross-departmental liaison between technical teams, fiscal officers and program managers.
• Track project deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and scope.
• Recommend implementation plans, data access, and operational changes to leadership.
• Identify data anomalies and translate datasets into optimization recommendations.
• Leverage AI for predictive analytics and operational improvements.
