Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a dedicated professional in the US to manage client service requests by email and phone, while producing regular system reports. You will coordinate data collection and updates, analyze time study results, and support project managers with timely feedback and data quality improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 2–3 years in an office environment, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; 2–3 years in an office environment required.
• Experience with MS Office suite required; Call Center/Client Service experience strongly desired.
• Ability to provide superior customer service via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Manages client customer service requests via email and telephone and produces monthly/quarterly reports.
• Coordinates with client contacts to collect roster data and perform system updates.
• Analyzes monthly/quarterly time study results and provides analysis to project managers.
• Communicates effectively with clients and team members to provide information and assistance.
• Analyzes system data timely and supports quality client feedback for future data.
• Documents processes and procedures, including instruction sets and QA tests.
• Performs ad hoc tasks for various project managers and staff.
