Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in business, public policy or related fields.
• 2-3 years in an office/corporate environment; MS Office experience required.
• Application, Call Center/Client Service experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manages client customer service requests via email and telephone; produces monthly and quarterly reports.
• Coordinates with client contacts to collect roster data and perform monthly/quarterly system updates.
• Analyzes monthly and quarterly time study results and responses per project procedures.
• Communicates effectively with clients and team members to provide information and assistance.
• Analyses system data and provides feedback to project managers for quality improvement.
• Develops and documents processes, QA test procedures, and manuals as needed.
• Performs ad hoc tasks across projects.
