Public Consulting Group is hiring an Operations Analyst 2 to support client service requests via email and phone, generate system reports, and coordinate data updates for time study processes. You will analyze data to support project managers and communicate findings to clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in business, management, accounting, social work, public policy or related field.
• 2-3 years in an office or corporate setting preferred; MS Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service requests via email and phone for PCG systems, time studies, cost reports and related processes.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports based on systems data to meet client and team deliverables.
• Coordinate with client contacts and business team to collect roster data and perform monthly and quarterly system updates.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly time study results and responses according to project procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide system support information and client management guidance.
• Analyze system data promptly and provide insights to project managers for feedback to clients.
• Identify opportunities to document processes, create instruction sets, QA tests, and update procedures.
• Perform ad hoc tasks related to various projects for several project managers and staff.
