Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a customer service professional to manage client requests via phone and email, analyze data, and coordinate monthly/quarterly system updates. The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and teamwork to deliver accurate reports and support client success.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in an office setting, with MS Office experience and client service exposure. Office setting in Minnesota may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred (business, public policy, etc).
• 2–3 years in an office/corporate environment required; MS Office experience required; Call Center/Client Service experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manages client customer service requests via email and telephone regarding PCG systems and related processes; produces monthly/quarterly reports.
• Coordinates with client contacts to collect roster data and perform monthly/quarterly system updates.
• Analyzes monthly/quarter time study results per project procedures.
• Communicates with clients and team members to provide information and assistance on system support and client management.
• Analyzes system data promptly and provides analyses to project managers for review and feedback to clients.
• Identifies opportunities to document processes and create instruction sets and QA tests.
• Performs ad hoc tasks for various projects as needed.
