Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a client service analyst to manage inquiries via email and phone, and to produce monthly and quarterly reports. You will gather roster data, update systems, and analyze time-study results to inform project decisions.

Responsibilities include clear communication with clients and PMs, supporting data quality, and documenting processes for continuous improvement within a public-sector context.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in business, public policy, or related field.
  • 2–3 years in an office environment; MS Office experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Manages client requests via email and telephone regarding PCG systems and related processes; produces monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Coordinates with client contacts to collect roster data and perform monthly/quarterly system updates.
  • Analyzes monthly/quarterly time study results per project procedures.
  • Communicates with clients and team members to provide information about system support.
  • Analyzes system data and provides feedback to project managers for quality improvements.
  • Documents processes and procedures, including instruction sets and QA tests.
  • Performs ad hoc tasks across projects for multiple managers and staff.
