Responsibilities

• Manages client customer service requests via email and telephone regarding PCG systems and related processes; produces monthly and quarterly reports.
• Coordinates with client contacts to collect roster data and perform monthly and quarterly system updates.
• Analyzes monthly and quarterly time study results and responses per project procedures.
• Communicates with clients and team members to provide information and assistance on system support and client management.
• Analyzes system response data and provides analysis to project managers for timely feedback to clients.
