NinjaOne is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Public Sector Marketing Manager to drive growth in the public sector market. You will develop and execute impactful campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence NinjaOne's public sector strategy to support company growth.

Location

Remote work is flexible for residents of the USA in specific states. Preference will be given to candidates in Arlington, VA or those willing to relocate unassisted.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting federal, state, local government, and education sectors.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to create targeted messaging and campaigns.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
• Manage budgets and represent NinjaOne at industry events, with 25%+ travel.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support revenue goals.
• Report on marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of marketing experience in the public sector.
• Proven success in digital, content, email, and face-to-face marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of public sector dynamics and growth opportunities.
