Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
  2. Oversee content creation, paid ads, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  3. Build brand authority through case studies, testimonials, and partnership outreach.
  4. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for better ROI and lead quality.
  5. Collaborate with sales and operations to align messaging and conversion goals.
  6. Manage the marketing calendar, creative team, and marketing tools.
  7. Identify growth opportunities through competitor research and industry trends.
  8. Create and manage reporting dashboards for key marketing KPIs.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or CMO role, preferably in a B2B or virtual services environment.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, content strategy, and digital advertising.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead marketing initiatives end-to-end.
  • Knowledge in the fitness and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email automation platforms is preferred.
