Position: Field Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - North America

As a Field Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - North America, you will be a key member of GBTEC’s global Growth Marketing team. You will work closely with central channel, events, and operations teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across regional marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include developing and executing marketing programs to support demand generation and customer engagement. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and hands-on marketer capable of aligning marketing initiatives with sales goals, managing event planning and execution, and optimizing global campaigns to generate high-quality pipeline for the region.

Responsibilities
  1. Local Audience Targeting: Understand the characteristics, needs, and preferences of the US market GBTEC operates in.
  2. Event & Conference Management: Plan, execute, and measure ROI of industry events, trade shows, and regional meetups, partnering with sales to maximize lead conversion.
  3. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate with marketing operations and sales to develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting specific accounts.
  4. Sales Enablement: Provide sales with marketing materials, messaging, and customer insights to improve conversion rates.
  5. Partner & Channel Marketing: Work with partners to co-market solutions and develop joint campaigns.
  6. Localization & Content Strategy: Adapt global messaging and assets for the US audience to ensure relevance and impact.
  7. Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment: Coordinate with global teams and regional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Your Profile
  1. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
  2. Proven success in demand generation campaigns that impact revenue.
  3. Experience organizing events, trade shows, and customer activities.
  4. Strong understanding of ABM strategies.
  5. Excellent collaboration skills and cross-functional teamwork.
  6. Data-driven with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
  7. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and ABM platforms.
  8. Strong communication and project management skills.
  9. Knowledge of the North American market, customer behaviors, and industry trends.
  10. Residence in the Boston / Providence area for occasional meetings.
