Job summary

DSI Tech is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative - SLED in Ashburn, VA to align Tier I and Tier II technology vendors with customer needs. The role requires daily Excel proficiency for pricing, data entry, and PO management.

You will provide quotes for public-sector clients, maintain records, participate in vendor training, and deliver prompt service that strengthens relationships. Local candidates only; onsite in Ashburn.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Inside Sales or Account Management experience in SLED VAR industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes for public-sector clients and maintain organized customer records
• Participate in vendor training and deliver prompt, professional service
• Collaborate with customers, warehouse teams, service staff, and manufacturer technical support
• Efficiently manage multiple purchase orders and ensure accurate data entry
• Maintain detailed records of customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
• Build strong customer relationships with timely and courteous service
