Responsibilities

• Consults with Directors and Administrators on vacancy filling strategies.
• Audits exam plans for statewide postings and eligibility.
• Prepares and posts job announcements on the Civil Service system.
• Ensures compliance with civil service rules and employment laws.
• Prepares reports and administrative correspondence as required.
