OneStream Software seeks a strategic leader to drive Public Sector Go-to-Market strategy and operations across federal, state, local, and higher education segments. This role owns revenue delivery, operating model design, and cross‑functional execution with Sales, Product, Compliance, Engineering, and Customer Success to enable predictable growth in a regulated environment.

The VP will build scalable processes, align programs with government buyers, and recruit senior talent to shape the public

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive go-to-market experience in increasingly expansive roles with a track record of building and retaining world-class teams.
• Proven executive leadership with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the public sector, focusing on growth and profitability.
• Support Public Sector revenue performance, including pipeline health, conversion, and forecasting accuracy, in partnership with Sales leadership.
• Build and implement the public sector operating model, KPIs, inspection mechanisms, and execution rhythms.
• Ensure a smooth end-to-end lifecycle from sale to implementation, renewal, and expansion across functions.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives (FedRAMP, StateRAMP, NIST, RMF, CJIS) and coordinate with Compliance and Product teams.
• Lead and develop a high-performing public sector GTM organization and recruit senior talent.
