Job summary

OneStream Software seeks a strategic VP of Public Sector Strategy & Operations to lead revenue delivery and cross-functional execution across Federal, SLED, and Higher Education segments. You will own the commercial engine, operating model, and cadence to enable predictable growth in a complex regulatory environment.

You will build relationships with government stakeholders, drive complex multi-stakeholder deals, and partner with Finance to manage planning, forecasting, and resource

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business/management or related discipline.
• 15+ years' progressive public sector/government contracting experience preferred.
• 8+ years of go-to-market and executive leadership for GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for Public Sector with growth and profitability focus.
• Support revenue performance and build predictable deal velocity in complex sales cycles.
• Design and implement the public sector operating model, KPIs, and governance.
• Align product, compliance, engineering, and customer success around the public sector roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, StateRAMP, NIST, RMF, CJIS and related frameworks.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing public sector GTM organization.
• Represent OneStream to government leaders and partner ecosystems.
