The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ground-up construction, experience with public works, and a MA CSL license. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for coordinating with Project Managers, clients, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on ground-up construction.
• Experience on public-sector/public works projects in Massachusetts.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA CSL) required.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications, scheduling, and project coordination.
• Proficient with computers and standard construction/project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for ground-up commercial and public construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate daily activities.
• Monitor quality control, site safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project schedules or budgets.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
