Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on ground-up construction.
• Experience on public-sector/public works projects in Massachusetts.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA CSL) required.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications, scheduling, and project coordination.
• Proficient with computers and standard construction/project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing field operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and project coordination, with experience working on public-sector construction projects in Southeast Massachusetts including the Islands.
