Job summary

Masis Professional Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead field operations, manage subcontractors, and drive project execution from startup through completion. The role requires coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety standards across complex builds.

The successful candidate will oversee quality control, read and interpret drawings, and guide teams through ground-up and renovation projects ranging in scope.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts CSL license and OSHA 30-hour cert.
• 10+ years of field construction experience.
• Experience with ground-up and renovation/tenant improvement projects ($10M–$20M+).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily field operations, including subcontractors, trade partners, site logistics, scheduling, and overall project execution.
• Coordinate construction activities and sequencing to maintain project schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure work progresses efficiently.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, daily reports, subcontractor coordination, and electronic project records.
• Oversee quality control, identify deficiencies, coordinate inspections, and ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Facilitate subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate project updates, RFIs, ASIs, submittals, schedule requirements, and upcoming activities to the project team.
• Enforce site safety standards and OSHA requirements while supporting a safe, organized, and productive work environment through project completion.

• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, daily reports, subcontractor coordination, and electronic project records.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL), OSHA 30-Hour certification, and 10+ years of field construction experience.
• Proven experience managing ground-up and renovation/tenant improvement projects, preferably in the $10M–$20M+ range.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional, manufacturing, or other complex building projects.
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software, including Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project, or comparable platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
