Baker Tilly is seeking a GAAP Compilation Senior Consultant to join the Public Sector group, serving state and local governments and other entities across the United States. You will oversee day-to-day GAAP compilations, reporting, and related procedures.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA preferred, 3+ years of attest experience, and strong communication and leadership skills. Travel is limited; the firm offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's or advanced degree desired.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of attest services experience in a professional services firm.
• Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB auditing standards.
• Strong communication, public speaking, client service, and collaboration skills with initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee U.S. GAAP compilations, reporting, AUPs, and special projects.
• Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues per GAAP.
• Recommend business and process improvements from client operations.
• Build relationships with clients to provide superior service.
• Supervise staff, provide guidance, and evaluate performance.
• Invest in professional development through training and networking.
• Assist with recruiting, campus programs, and referrals.
• Demonstrate teamwork, ethics, and a positive attitude.
• Travel is limited but may be required.
