Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in dealership admin, title, billing, fleet, or accounting preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with dealership management systems preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and public-sector customers.
• Identify customer fleet needs and recommend vehicles and configurations.
• Respond to government bids, RFQs, and purchasing opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, specifications, proposals, and required sales documents.
• Maintain knowledge of fleet programs, incentives, and contracts.
• Coordinate vehicle orders, upfits, equipment, and delivery timelines.
• Work with internal departments and outside vendors to meet customer specs.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout ordering and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in dealership systems.
• Ensure documentation complies with government purchasing requirements.
• Develop new government fleet business through prospecting and networking.
• Meet sales and performance expectations representing Ilderton Automotive.
