Responsibilities include reviewing records, posting to ledgers, processing revenue, maintaining payroll, and managing fiscal documents within established procedures. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year as a Fiscal Assistant, or three years maintaining fiscal records with accounting basics.
• Graduation from high school, or an associate degree as noted, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Financial Review: Review financial records and documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to procedures.
• Ledger Posting: Post data to general ledger accounts using information from subsidiary reports.
• Revenue Processing: Prepare and reconcile incoming revenue, including cash, checks, and donations.
• Payroll Maintenance: Maintain agency payroll by posting changes, reviewing system output, and preparing required reports.
• Record Management: Maintain filing systems and process fiscal documents for federal, state, and county reporting.
• System Utilization: Use agency software and databases to complete forms, documents, and reports.
