Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Field Service Sales Specialist for Public Sector to drive growth and adoption of Salesforce Field Service within government agencies. You will partner with Account Executives, serve as the product and domain expert, and lead the sales motion across defined territories, bringing deep knowledge of field service management to complex enterprise cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience including field service or workforce management.
• Deep knowledge of field service processes in government operations.
• Proven ability to win complex deals in multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong executive presence and value-based selling to agency leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline and revenue for Salesforce Field Service within Public Sector from discovery to close.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and net-new prospects.
• Lead discovery and solution design conversations with operational leaders and IT/CX stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling demos of Salesforce Field Service emphasizing scheduling optimization and ROI.
• Develop and execute account strategies showing ROI around first-time fix rates and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with services, partners, and ISVs to build winning customer success plans.
