Job summary

Salesforce Field Service is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive complex software sales into Federal, State & Local Government or DoD. You will lead the full technical sales motion, partnering with Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities across Public Sector accounts.

You will navigate government procurement cycles, articulate ROI, and build long-term customer success plans while collaborating with services and ISV

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales to Public Sector.
• Proven success navigating complex government procurement cycles.
• Executive presence with senior agency leaders.
• Technical sales aptitude with collaboration with Solution Engineers.
• Strong pipeline generation and quota attainment.
• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technical sales motion for Field Service in Public Sector.
• Collaborate with Core Account Executives to build and close pipelines.
• Lead discovery and solution design with IT, operations, and agency leadership.
• Deliver value-driven presentations and ROI-focused field service demos.
• Develop strategic account plans highlighting ROI, efficiency, and cost reductions.
• Partner with services and ISV partners for proposals and success plans.
• Represent Salesforce Field Service at events and customer briefings.
