Job summary

Peregrine Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Marketer focused on government programs. You will own an end-to-end field program engaging power-users, leadership, and elected officials, driving engagement, advocacy, and renewals across state and local government customers.

You’ll build customer communities, partner with Advocacy and Content, and design executive events and practitioner workshops to accelerate adoption and expansion. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer marketing, field marketing, ABM, or related roles.
• Experience developing high-touch customer programs, events, communities, or ABM campaigns.
• Understanding of how customer marketing drives expansion, retention, advocacy, and value.
• Experience partnering with Advocacy and Sales to translate priorities into programs.
• Ability to move beyond one-off events to scalable, repeatable motions across regions.
• Customer-centric approach and ability to deliver genuinely useful programs.

Responsibilities

• Build our field program from the ground up, including education for power users and executive thought leadership.
• Partner with Advocacy and FDE to design curricula with real training value.
• Own field programs: user gatherings, executive events, roundtables, and workshops.
• Create customer communities that connect peers and deepen engagement.
• Collaborate with trade associations to elevate Peregrine's presence.
• Develop repeatable programs that surface expansion opportunities.
• Activate champions through speaking and storytelling with Advocacy and Content.
• Measure impact using attendance, NPS, expansion, referrals, and adoption KPIs.
