Job summary

Peregrine is seeking a Customer Advocate to own all customer relationships throughout the contract. You will be the primary interface between customers and our team, representing the voice of the customer to engineers and supporting customers with updates, workflows, and features to the platform.

The role emphasizes field-based engagement with agencies and on-site visits to build deep stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct experience supporting customers to adopt technical software solutions
• Significant travel (approximately 60%) to customer sites
• Experience in enterprise software and startup environments a plus
• Ability to listen and synthesize user feedback and be the first line of support during the contract
• Track record of zero churn and positive net revenue retention

Responsibilities

• Own all customer relationships throughout the contract and serve as the voice of the customer to engineers
• Support customers with updates, workflows, and features to the Peregrine platform
• Conduct onsite visits and dashboards reviews to build deep relationships with agency stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop case studies and success stories
• Help ensure customer retention and growth through proactive problem solving
