Peregrine is expanding its federal market footprint, seeking a founding product marketer who will own federal positioning and messaging across live pursuits. The role collaborates with capture and pre-sales, building the pre-solicitation content set and equipping pre-sales with compelling narratives and demo storylines.

You will conduct buyer and win-loss research to guide strategy, influence acquisitions at scale, and ensure claims survive approvals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing or adjacent go-to-market roles.
• 3+ years marketing or selling technology to the US federal government.
• Experience across the full product marketing stack: positioning, pursuit support, enablement, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Own federal positioning and messaging across activations and live pursuits.
• Run discovery in unproven segments and test messaging hypotheses in live pursuits.
• Feed product marketing messaging into capture-led win strategies for pursuits and proposals.
• Build pre-solicitation content—capability briefings, white papers, industry day materials.
