Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking an expert in US Federal government proposals to lead end-to-end responses to solicitations. You will drive compliant, win-oriented proposals and coordinate inputs across sales, contracts, pricing, and leadership.

Based in the Washington, DC area, you will manage kickoff, storyboards, and submission processes, ensuring alignment with Peregrine’s fast-paced culture and federal procurement requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing Federal proposals (DoD, civilian, or intel).
• Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition processes and compliance standards.
• Experience with Shipley or similar methodologies.
• Excellent writing, executive communication, editing and presenting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/SharePoint; proposal management software a plus.
• Active or eligible for security clearance a plus.
• Located in Washington, DC area and able to come to our downtown office 4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Own the Federal proposal lifecycle end-to-end from kickoff to submission.
• Lead color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) and resolve feedback.
• Coordinate inputs from sales, capture, SMEs, technical teams, contracts, pricing, execs.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, storyboarding, win-theme development sessions.
• Manage proposal production, formatting, and final submission (SAM.gov, portals).
• Track proposal metrics and support post-submission debriefs/lessons learned.
