Job summary

Salesforce in McLean, VA seeks a seasoned Named Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with US Federal Civilian accounts. You’ll build trusted relationships with c-suite leaders and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce’s 360 platform.

You’ll develop opportunities from warm leads and whitespace, manage a robust pipeline, and execute territory plans to exceed quotas, leveraging SaaS expertise and strategic selling in a complex public sector environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience.
• Experience selling to large enterprise US Federal Civilian accounts.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment with multiple partners.
• Solution selling mentality: articulate value and navigate complex customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account.
• Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs.
• Assist with account planning, coordinating with other sales resources.
• Define and complete territory/account sales plans and exceed quotas through prospecting and closing deals.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline across many transactions in the pipeline.
