Job summary

Pano AI, a leader in AI-powered wildfire detection and intelligence, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector to accelerate adoption across state and local government agencies on the West Coast.

You will build pipelines with State Forestry, emergency management, and public safety bodies, leading multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting to onboarding while coordinating with Government Affairs and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.
• Experience selling to or partnering with State/Federal/Local government.
• Experience navigating regulated environments and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing pipeline for State and Local government customers.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contracting and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Government Affairs, state lobbyists, and cross-functional teams.
• Represent Pano AI at public sector events and conferences.
