Pano AI, a leader in AI-powered wildfire detection, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector to accelerate adoption with state and local governments on the West Coast. You will work with forestry officials, emergency managers, and government teams to forge partnerships that enable rapid deployment of fire intelligence technology.

The role demands 8+ years of full-cycle public sector sales, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate regulated procurement paths.

Qualifications

8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in SaaS, IoT, or managed services.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical graduate degree preferred.
Experience selling to Federal, State and Local government.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a growing pipeline of State and Local customers.
Lead sales strategy and execution for public sector accounts (State Forestry, emergency management, natural resources, public safety).
Lead the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contracting and onboarding.
Collaborate with Government Affairs to navigate legislative and procurement pathways.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in enterprise sales processes.
Drive strategic expansions within key accounts and regional go-to-market opportunities.
Represent Pano AI at public sector events and conferences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
