Job summary

ICF is seeking a Program Manager for Public Sector Energy Efficiency in Los Angeles, CA to support Southern California programs and coordinate across operations, client support, and stakeholder management.

You will build relationships with building owners, property managers, developers, and community stakeholders, manage subcontractors, and help design program strategies to deliver energy savings and grid reliability. Travel up to 20% within Southern California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Sustainability, Public Policy, Business or related field (or substitute 1 year experience for 1 year of education).
• 5+ years of experience in project management in energy efficiency or public sector programs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Build industry relationships and provide insights to ensure programs run efficiently.
• Liaise with building owners, property managers, developers, and community stakeholders to stay apprised of affordable housing industry trends.
• Coordinate with regional and national teams to bring best practices and efficiencies to client programs.
• Manage subcontractors, milestones, budgets, and program schedules; identify and solve problems.
• Oversee program performance, financial management, contract deliverables, and quality assurance.
• Forecast program goals and budgets; ensure objectives are met; lead day-to-day team management.
• Travel up to 20% for meetings and events within Southern California.
