Job summary

Scale is seeking a Program Manager for Sales Enablement focusing on the Public Sector. You will own onboarding, learning paths, and readiness for Public Sector reps, bridging PS with other BUs and driving content across platforms.

You will collaborate with leadership, instructional designers, and SMEs to ensure engaging onboarding, including vILT, on-demand, and async modalities, while tracking progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Enablement or GTM Enablement.
• 2+ years end-to-end program management experience.
• Familiarity with federal/public sector sales environments.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with sales leaders and SMEs.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority programs in a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Public Sector onboarding with role-based tracks.
• Define ramp criteria and communicate to hires and managers.
• Deploy learning paths using the Enablement Platform and track readiness.
• Partner with People team for BU onboarding and a cohesive experience.
• Launch foundational sales skills training for the Public Sector team.
• Develop motion playbooks and keep content updated.
