Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator-Contract Administrator to support government and public-agency projects in California. You will ensure contract and financial compliance across prime and subconsultant agreements, and collaborate with project teams to keep delivery on track.

You will review invoices, assist with proposals, and maintain auditable records while working across project controls, accounting, and management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of consulting contracts, DOT billing requirements and financial compliance.
• Ability to interpret policies, contracts, budgets, and pricing information.
• Experience preparing contract documentation and proposal responses.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, issue-resolution, and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract & financial compliance across prime contracts, task orders, amendments and modifications.
• Track project cost performance and prepare month-end reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with project controls and accounting to align invoices with rates.
• Lead subconsultant compliance activities and document control.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align contract, billing and pursuit requirements.
