Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Program Manager for Public Sector in Commercial Legal to own the contracting engine for US and international government deals. The role collaborates with public sector legal, sales, operations, product, engineering, and finance to drive governance and timely outcomes.

You will design contracting programs, build playbooks, and manage complex government deals from RFI to signature, including DATabricks’ GSA MAS, while enabling sales teams at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in government contracts, public procurement, or contract administration at a tech company.
• Experience with prime/sub relationships and commercial flowdown clauses.
• Experience with channel contracting structures (resellers, distributors, cloud marketplaces).

Responsibilities

• Own the Public Sector Contracting Program for US and priority international markets.
• Drive cross-functional deal execution with sales, operations, security, finance, and compliance.
• Manage pubsec contracts and lifecycle, including GSA MAS and amendments.
• Build enablement materials, playbooks, clause libraries, and training for self-service by sales teams.
• Develop and govern international contracting programs to scale processes.
