Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Program Manager for Public Sector in Commercial Legal to own the contracting engine for US and international public-sector deals. You will build programs, govern workflows, and drive accountability with cross-functional teams to ensure timely outcomes.

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle, including RFI to signature, and support GSA MAS. The role requires government contracting experience and a bias for action in a fast-growing cloud company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in government contracts, public procurement, or contract administration at a tech company.
• Experience with subscription/consumption-based SaaS agreements and gov procurement requirements.
• Ability to build contracting operations from scratch with scalable playbooks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Public Sector Contracting Program for US and priority markets.
• Coordinate stakeholders across sales, operations, security, compliance and finance.
• Manage pubsec schedules including GSA MAS and amendments.
• Build enablement for Legal and GTM teams with playbooks and clause libraries.
• Own post-award obligation management and traceability with Compliance.
• Scale contracting programs for international markets and future needs.
• Audit status quo and drive training and GTM enablement.
• Support triage and routine contracting matters under attorney supervision.
