Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs
• 5+ years in enterprise IT or managing technical programs
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or related field
• Experience in customer-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements end-to-end across cross-functional AWS teams
• Develop cloud adoption roadmaps aligned with customer milestones
• Identify opportunities for migrations, data analytics, AI initiatives
• Design AI readiness programs and governance for responsible AI adoption
• Advocate for customer needs to AWS leadership and engineers
• Coordinate between account teams to align cloud strategy
• Develop scalable AI automation strategies to accelerate adoption
