Join AWS's World Wide Public Sector Legal team and shape the future of cloud technology for Federal Government customers in the National Security arena. You'll negotiate complex government contracts, advise on cutting-edge technology licensing matters, and help solve the unique legal challenges that arise when innovative cloud solutions meet federal procurement requirements.
As an Associate Corporate Counsel supporting our public sector sales teams, you'll work on a diverse range of government contracts and compliance matters. Your day might include reviewing procurement contracts with Federal Government customers, advising sales teams on licensing terms, or researching compliance requirements specific to national security initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with our sales and business teams to understand their needs, then translate those into sound legal strategies. You'll also engage with government stakeholders and navigate contract administration issues when needed. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of law and technology, where your decisions directly impact how AWS serves the public sector.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
