Sambatek, LLC is seeking a Client Service Manager to grow and lead our Public Services practice. This entrepreneurial, relationship-driven role builds strong client partnerships, pursues opportunities, and leads successful projects across public-sector clients.

The role emphasizes business development, client engagement, and team leadership, with a focus on expanding Sambatek's public services through strategic pursuits and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required or preferred.
• PE license preferred.
• Established public-sector relationships network.
• Experience in business development and pursuit of new projects.
• Strong knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations and budgets for public-sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Grow public-sector business by identifying opportunities and pursuing strategic pursuits.
• Build and maintain relationships with public-sector clients and partners.
• Lead client development and ensure exceptional client experience.
• Develop annual business development and marketing strategies to support growth.
• Identify and pursue RFPs, develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets.
• Collaborate across Sambatek's practices to deliver integrated solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and expand services.
• Lead projects with hands-on delivery and ensure on-time, on-budget results.
• Mentor project teams and share knowledge.
